Introduction

Distribution Power Transformer Coil Winding Machine With Precise Laying Wire ZPX600 can be used to winding copper or aluminium wire coils with max height 600mm. With wire arrangement technology and tension technology, this winding machine can wind different specifications of coil and different shape of coils, such as circle, oval and rectangular. The control system based on PLC assures the machine wind coil automatically and as required. This winding machine is provided with one servo motor to drive the wire guide, making the wire guide move precisely as the preset parameters. This winding machine is especially suitable for winding different specifications of coil. These coils can be used in transformers, reactors and other similar products. The transformer winding machine is composed of main winding motor, automatic wire laying unit, layer insulation unit, tension adjustable decoiler, pneumatic system, PLC based control system, and servo motors, etc.
